Follow these steps
to view the workflow for all activity performed on an object.

Open the object for which you want to view its workflow.

From the
Tasks menu, select
View workflow.

Select the
Tasks tab.
This tab displays a
list of all work tasks for this object in chronological order, including their
accepted and due dates, status, and assignee.
